Air Quality Monitoring in Egypt

Share: aqicn.org/country/egypt/
The Egyptian enviromental affairs agency is providing three days forecast for quite many places in Egypt: eeaa.gov.eg/موضوعاتبيئية/الهواء/نوعيةالهواء/التنبؤاتبنوعيةالهواء and eeaa.gov.eg/.../airqualityforecast

Unfortunately, there is not any recent information available for real-time air quality data, despite indications that there should be such a network (لقد تم اختيار مجموعة من الملوثات البيئية ليتم رصدها بواسطة برنامج المعلومات والرصد البيئي - A set of environmental pollutants has been selected to be monitored by the Environmental Information and Monitoring Program, ... ). The Cairo University Center for Environmental Hazard Mitigation (CEHM) - www.cehm.gov.eg - has an air quality lab (معمل جودة الهواء), but real-time air quality data is unfortunately not available either.
