There are good reasons to worry about the Air Pollution in Doha, especially because, according to this article from Doha news, Doha is ranked by the World Health Organization among the world’s most polluted cities.

Unfortunately, official Air Quality monitoring in Qatar is not available. But from this article, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, is working on setting up the official Air Quality Monitoring System in Qatar.

Unless data is made available by the authorities, the World Air Quality Index project recommends to start publishing real-time data using some of the affordable air quality monitoring stations, such as the GAIA A12 (picture on the right).
